QUEER LIFE DRAWING

RUBBISH TAPESTRIES WORKSHOPS

Hosted by Ella Woodcock and AJ Duncan. Accessible crafting workshops that utilise ‘waste’ materials such as food packaging and second-hand textiles to create wall hangings.

This project centres around the practice of re-valuing objects which have lost their original function, and encouraging participants to think about ways to reuse ‘waste’ items that they encounter in their day-to-day lives.

The workshops are participants led, you will be free to use the materials as you like.

📍 Glasgow Autonomous Space (GAS). 9 Hollybrook St, G42 7HB

👁 Tuesdays November 12th and 26th. 6.30-8.30PM.

💰 These workshops are free to attend but must be booked through this form: https://forms.gle/M3EriXGNkpGbpiX6A

♿️ This event is fully accessible but please do get in touch if you have any accessibility queries

🎀This project was made possible using funding awarded by Glasgow Connected Arts Network's Rayne Foundation Grant
